How can I find my purchase history and Order ID?

Please follow the instructions below to find your purchase history:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases. 
3. Tap View Account. You may be asked to sign in.
4. Tap Purchase History.

Your purchase history will appear. If you want to view more purchases, tap “Last 90 days” at the top of Purchase History and choose another way to filter your purchases.

Once you have found your purchase, tap it to expand and take a screenshot. The end result will be similar to the screenshot below.
