Download and billing-related problems should be raised directly with Apple, as these concerns are unrelated to the game. Apple is responsible for managing the App Store apps' sales and distribution.
However, we're happy to share some troubleshooting steps that have been helpful to our players in the past.
Please begin by restarting your device and then opening the App Store. From there:
- Tap your profile picture, on the top right corner
- Tap Purchased > My Purchases
- Find the game on the list. You should be able to download it from there.
