Family Library issues

"The game I purchased isn't appearing in my Family Library"

    

All of our games are eligible for the Family Library, but for them to appear in the family group, they must be purchased from the family group while using the family payment method.

"The in-game content I bought isn't shared with my family group"


Unfortunately, content purchased in-game cannot be shared among Family Library members. This is due to restrictions put in place by Google - core apps can be shared, but in-app purchases cannot. This is the case for our games and all of the other apps on the Google Play Store.
