If it has been over 48 hours, please get in touch with us so we can review your request and make a decision according to our internal policies. Please include the following details in your request:
- Transaction ID or order number of your purchase. This can be found in the confirmation email sent to you by Google upon making the purchase. If you can't find this email, follow these instructions: Find your receipt and order number.
- Reason for the refund. Please be as detailed as possible.
